Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing.
• Develop robust vendor relationships and negotiate contracts that drive value.
• Strategize procurement activities in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, import/export regulations, and taxation norms.
• Optimize material sourcing for diverse categories, including lubricants, electrical components, PPE, and packaging.
• Guide, mentor, and empower the procurement team to achieve excellence.
• Drive market research initiatives to explore cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics and freight service providers for efficient material movement.
• Manage pricing benchmarks and conduct cost analyses for smart purchasing decisions.

Required Skills:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering + MBA in Supply Chain/Materials Management.
• 10–15 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Multilingual proficiency (English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi preferred).
• Strong ethical mindset with compliance expertise.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, agile, and process-driven approach to procurement excellence.
