A global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, specializing in technology-driven innovation, is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in IT Solutions to support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) migration and optimization. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic IT initiatives, ensuring seamless system transitions and operational efficiency in shop floor processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance in MES and shop floor systems, mentoring team members for effective implementation.
• Collaborate with IT/Business Partners and external/internal stakeholders, driving strategic alignment and solution opportunities.
• Ensure IT process excellence, focusing on operating models, governance, and system development life cycles.
• Provide expertise in Azure, Cloud Tech, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Execute technical solutions, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, and deployment.
• Lead system migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized performance.
   

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in IT processes, including operating models, governance, and IT delivery lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of MES business processes, ensuring seamless manufacturing integration.
• Strong expertise in .NET, Azure, and other emerging technologies.
