An exciting opportunity to work with an expanding Swedish company based in Simpang Ampat as we are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality & Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic Quality team.

Job Descriptions

• Leading evaluation of project developing cost, technic and risk
• Interdepartmental coordination in new project development
• Responsible for new project evaluation report and progress management
• Responsible for the SIM and molding process optimization
• Responsible for the assembly automation development and trouble shooting
• Subordinate performance review and supervision
• Project dept daily check and management
• Make training plan for employee in project dept
• Procedure auditing, improvement and ensurement
• Make dept budget report and season work plan.
   

Job Requirements

• Majored in industry, machinery or related major, bachelor degree
• Trained in scientific project management, APQP, etc.
• Familiar with project development flow, adequate knowledge of products project management
• Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 quality system.
• Excellent coordination management ability and leadership, good at analyzing and solving the problem happening accidently.
• Familiar with office software and relevant project management software.
• Over 4-year experience in project management
