This is a Fund Accounting Deputy Director position. This role is responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of NAVs and financial statements for hybrid funds, as well as maintaining internal controls.

Description
- Manage multiple fund relationships to ensure meeting of all client deliverables
- Responsible for quality and timeline delivery of services to clients, including review fund governing documents/subscription documents/invest management agreements and review work paper files for accuracy and completeness
- Responsible for the supervision of team members under your charge, including continuing education for all direct reports, KPI setting, performance and career management
- Participate in new business discussions
- 複数のファンドとの関係を管理し、全ての納品物が確実に提供されるように対応
- ファンドの規定文章・申込書・投資顧問契約などの確認、ワークペーパーの正確性・網羅性を確認するなどクライアントへのサービスの品質と納期を担保

スキル・資格
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 8+ years experience in accounting, with a focus on alternative investment funds (private market experience is a plus)
- Fluent in Japanese and Business level English
- Strong knowledge of accounting, specifically with respect to alternative investment funds, with a focus on private markets funds
- Knowledge of IFRS (Knowledge of other accounting standards is a plus)
- 5+ years experience of supervising team
- Advanced Excel skills.
- 会計または関連分野の学士号
- オルタナティブ投資ファンドに特化した8年以上のアカウンティング経験 (特にプライベートマーケットファンドの経験があれば尚可)
- 英語ビジネスレベル
