Fund Accounting Operation position at European asset management company. Will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day fund accounting operation tasks and admin tasks.

Description

• Monitor day-to-day fund accounting (T-STAR)
• Generating off-shore fund orders
• Monitoring and filing the transactions
• Communicate with trust banks and companies if necessary, over phone calls or e-mail
• Admin tasks including filing, fax, and copy.

• トランザクションのモニタリングおよびファイリング

Job Offer

• 9:00-18:00 (can be flexible for example 9:30-18:30)
• As a company policy, WFH is available 2 times a week (required to be at office when using the BOJ terminal)
• Long-term temp (3-6 months, possibility of extension)

• More than 5 years experience in financial industry, especially buy side. (Preferable more than 3 years experience of T-star fund accounting operations)
• Fully understand of process flow of calculating NAV on T-STAR.
• General knowledge of securities/bonds and investment trust fund (mostly off-shore fund)
• English reading and writing communication skills

• 金融機関、特にバイサイドでの5年以上の経験（望ましい：3年以上のT-Starファンド会計業務経験）
• T-starでのNAV計算プロセスフローへの十分な理解
• 証券・債券および投資信託（主にオフショアファンド）に関する一般的な知識
• 英語での読み書きスキル
