Description

• Design and develop monitoring features (Metrics & Alerting) for large-scale systems
• Collaborate on system architecture, service design, and documentation
• Implement and test distributed systems using Go or Python
• Operate a platform handling hundreds of thousands of containers and virtual machines
• Troubleshoot and support production systems; participate in on-call duties
• Continuously improve reliability, scalability, and observability standards
• Interface with users to gather requirements and provide technical support
• Contribute to the evolution of AIOps using observability data

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containers, Linux, and networking
• Practical experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Skilled in distributed system development (Golang/Python)
• Capable of architecture design and system documentation (e.g., UML)
• Business-level English communication skills (no Japanese required)
