Engineer for equipment maintenance at Buzen Plant, production site for dialyzer (hemodialysis) and peritoneal dialysis solution.

Manufacturing Line maintenance & modification

• Maintenance for production line is a main work.
• Establish and implement equipment and process qualification/validation protocols.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers of fixtures, accessories, and components.
• Maintains maintenance tools, inventory, and equipment.
• Address emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
• Plan annual maintenance and maintain a spare parts inventory.

salary
Annual pay: JPY 4 – 6.0 million (Monthly Base pay JPY 235,000 - 352,000 + bonus
(5months in total, paid Jun, Dec)
Bonus is variable based on corporate and individual performance.
Eligible to overtime payment.

Workplace
Buzen plant (92-7, Kaimo, Buzen city, Fukuoka Pref.)

Work condition
Either Day time or Shift work is allocated depending on your work experience and skills.
[Daytime] 8:30-16:45
Holidays: Sat. Sun., holidays, summer holidays, year-end and new years holidays (details are shown in the plant calendar)
[Shift Work] Shift 1:17:00-15:15, shift 2: 15:00-23:15, shift 3: 23:00-7:15
Working days and holidays are decided by the plant’s calendar. Company holiday: approx.124days/year
There may be emergency callouts in the event of equipment trouble when off duty.
Overtime: approximately 5~10H/month

[Required skill]

• Experience and knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Fluent Japanese ability

[Plus]

• Experience in handling PLCs
• Welding, processing machines and mechanical drawing (CAD) skills.
• Expected work experience as a maintenance/service engineer at production line where large sized products are manufactured,such as automobile companies, electric appliance companies.
• Experience of manufacturing technology

Interviews
Interviews are expected 2~3 times.
In case of candidates living far away, online interview is available for the 1 st one, but the rest of 2 interviews are conducted at the plant.
Interviewers: (1 st +2 nd ) Hiring manager, HR (final) Plant manager
We’ll cover the cost only JR and flight tickets and prepare them in advance to visit the plant for interviews.
