[Legal Affairs Representative] for Global-Impact Startup

Job description

You will be responsible for product legal affairs, working collaboratively with legal leadership and

outside counsel.

Expected business example

- Research and summarize legal regulations and deploy them within the company, establish

internal rules and standards, create and review trading contracts, review product specifications

and manuals, manage internal documents,

- Plan and implement internal training, and lead litigation in cooperation with lawyers

- Participate in meetings with internal and external parties and reach consensus.

Required Skills

- Interpersonal skills (understanding different positions both inside and outside the company

and building win-win and rational consensus)

- Empathy with the company's vision, understanding of business and products (judged based

on level in previous job)

- Experience working in legal affairs for a manufacturer (3 years or more)

Welcome Skills

- English (TOEIC score of 750 or higher, experience of studying or residing in an

English-speaking country for more than 6 months)

- Legal mind equivalent to graduating from a law school or graduate school, administrative

scrivener qualification

- Experience and skills in carrying out US product liability litigation
