Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mold/Product Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mold or product design, proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD software, and the ability to interpret technical drawings based on JIS standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize mold and product designs in line with project specifications.
• Utilize 3D CAD software (CATIA, NX, CREO) and 2D CAD software (AutoCAD) for design development.
• Review and interpret technical drawings based on JIS standards to ensure precision and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, material selection, and manufacturing cost evaluations.
• Prepare and present design reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mold design or Product design.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, NX, CREO, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of JIS technical drawings.
• Fluent in English, with Japanese language skills preferred.
