To realize "improvements in the medical industry," they are developing a cloud-based electronic medical record and receipt system called "Henry." They operate in an area called vertical SaaS.
Their main target is small and medium-sized hospitals, but they also provide services to clinics such as ophthalmology, pediatrics, and psychiatry.

[Job Description]
You will be responsible for developing applications for their company's product, a cloud-based electronic medical record with integrated medical receipt system.
They will model the complex medical fee system and work together with medical professionals to create a service that is easy to use through the following tasks.

・Server development in Kotlin
・Development of microservices using gRPC
・Development of modern web applications in React
・Development of new features and continuous improvement linked to objective information such as KPIs and user feedback

- 4+ years of practical experience developing web applications
- Development experience using statically typed languages ​​such as Kotlin/Java
- Front-end development experience using TypeScript and front-end frameworks
- Domain modeling/design skills
- Basic knowledge of data structures, security, and networks
- Japanese ability: Business (N1)

[Preferred requirements]
- Experience in domain design of complex systems such as finance and medicine
- Ability to quickly catch up with new technologies and unknown areas
- Project/product management experience
- Experience in publishing and contributing to OSS

Trial period: 3 months
Estimated annual income: ￥7M～12M
Work location: Tokyo, full remote work OK
