As Wi-Fi sensing is being standardized as IEEE 802.11.bf, the official standard for Wi-Fi 7, we are expanding the development of AI algorithms for Wi-Fi sensing. In line with this, we are seeking developers with broad expertise to join us and contribute to our mission.

[Job Description]

Development and improvement of Wi-Fi sensing algorithms using Wi-Fi radio signals
 ・R&D of Wi-Fi sensing algorithms
 ・Creation of Wi-Fi sensing training datasets
 ・Data processing for Wi-Fi sensing data utilization

Development of Wi-Fi sensing solution platforms
 ・API platform development for Wi-Fi sensing functions
 ・Front-end and application development for Wi-Fi sensing services
 ・Development of required functionalities for service delivery

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力：日常の業務報告、ディスカッション力
・GitHubの利用経験
・AWSでの開発経験
・技術要素：Python、Vue.js/TypeScript

・日本語、英語での報告書、文書作成
・プロジェクトマネージメント経験（チームの大小問わず）
・AI、機械学習に関する技術知見

・Japanese language proficiency sufficient for daily reporting and discussion

[Employment Conditions]
Employment Type: Full-time
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Annual Salary: ¥6M – ¥10M
Work Location: Tokyo (Full remote work possible)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible hours negotiable) Break Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Days Off: Complete 5-day work week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays
Leave: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, other leave available
Overtime: Required (average 20 hours/month)
Smoking Policy: Smoking allowed indoors
