Job Responsibilities

Candidate responsible for Back-End Operations of Wi-Fi router rental service

  • Management and operation of sales support team
  • Operate in accordance with the company’s vision, core values, and goals, and collaborate effectively with executives and other managers
  • Perform comprehensive management duties
  • Collaborate with Customer support and Logistics team
  • Improve performance through training and development of partner stores and outsourced personnel, monitor team performance and ensure work quality

 

Job Requirements

  • No educational background required.
  • Japanese proficiency is Business-level required.
  • Candidates must be able to commute to the New York office and be willing to travel domestically within the U.S. as well as internationally.

*Japanese nationals currently residing in the U.S. will be given preference.

 

General Requirements

  • Minimum Experience Level:Over 3 years
  • Career Level:Mid Career
  • Minimum English Level:Business Level
  • Minimum:Completed High school
  • Visa Status:No permission to work in Japan required
