Job title; Mechanical Service Engineer.

Location; Bangalore.

Experience; 2 ~5 years. 

Responsibilities  

• Install, commission, and configure new winding equipment and systems. 
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, performing repairs and replacements as needed. 
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and customer communications. 
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns. 
• Providing guidance and support to the Technicians. 
• Working in coordination with Engineering and Production team.  

Requirements  

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or a related degree. 
• Proficiency knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.   
• Basic knowledge in Design (AutoCAD) software. 
• Excellent ability to work under no supervision. 
• Good oral and written communication skills. 
• Willingness to travel as and when required. 
• Good organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
