Job Designation: Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Technical
Job Location: Bangalore 

Roles & Responsibilities:
 

• Knowledge of operating the robot (Panasonic is preferred), Jigs & Fixtures, Simulation will be added advantage any welding robots.
• Knowledge and hands on experience on operation of MIG, Spot, and Plasma Welding.
• Knowledge of Sheet Metal Components, Pipe bending, and forming, Programming will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of cost calculation for new line.
• Knowledge of prepairing a PFMEA.
• Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers well-being into account, and that also to minimize the carbon footprint.
• Able to make routine independently.
• Preparing the component & product specification. 

Qualifications Criteria:

• 5-6 years of experience
• Has knowledge of working on Auto CAD, Catia, GD & T
• BE, B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
