A well establised law firm in KL looking for Litigation Lawyer to attend to all litigation matters including will, divorce, estate planning and etc. 

Job Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, cause papers and submission.
• Preparing legal opinion and conducting research on all legal and related matters.
• Prepare status reports and updates to superiors and clients.
• Able to draft court course papers competently.
• Able to attend Court matters independently, skilled drafting and e-filing.
• Also applicable to those have Civil and several court experience.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified practicing certificates or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in the related field.

• Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player, responsible, reliable, committed and with a good and positive working attitude.
