COMPANY OVERVIEW

A globally known company specialises in real estate consulting, offering investment advisory and the development of income-generating properties, mainly commercial, residential, industrial, and logistics warehouse projects, which it constructs and later sells to investors from all over the world. 

With expansion into the Malaysian market, our client is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager for their new Futuristic Logistic Warehouse facility, a greenfield construction project in Selangor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the construction of the greenfield Logistics Warehouse project from concept design to project completion stage, including cost and schedule management 

• Coordinate and build a good relationship with all local government officials, contractors, and consultants/engineers.

• Play a key role in consultant integration, construction documentation, and execution support—ensuring clarity across all disciplines and maintaining design integrity through to completion. 

• Review detailed drawings, resolve on-site technical challenges, and work closely with site managers, contractors, and procurement teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards. 

• Collaborate with architects, M&E engineers, and contractors to streamline project execution.

• Propose value engineering solutions and alternative approaches for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

• Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth operations during construction. 

• Supervise site activities and offer technical guidance on construction and design aspects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the construction industry

• Experience in leading and managing industrial or warehouse construction projects will be advantageous
