Architectural Lead- Luxury fashion

We are on the hunt for an Architectural Lead who will play an instrumental role in developing retail spaces that align with our brand's vision. This individual will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into innovative architectural realities.

Client Details

- Has 40+ stores (just opened 2 more) including pop up, has around 380 people in total with 55 in the head office
- Japan reports directly to the UK with original strategy and often gets support from them.
- Providing full flex time
- The company has a lot of holiday with all Friday from June to August with half day off

Description

• Translating brand concepts into innovative architectural designs for retail spaces.
• Leading project teams to ensure smooth execution of design concepts.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with brand vision.
• Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with local building regulations and standards.
• Presenting design concepts and progress updates to management.
• Identifying and resolving potential design and construction issues.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends in retail architecture and design.

• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience in managing large-scale retail design projects.
• Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
