Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple in-take channels and serve as point of contact for HR-related questions
• Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, processes, and tools
• Provide consultation to HR teams to ensure system accuracy and alignment
• Manage end-to-end processes for associates' movements from offer to termination
• Administer benefits and absences according to local regulations and share accurate data with payroll
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training HR Operations associates

Requirements:

• Ability to understand clients, operations, capabilities, strategy, and goals
• Background in applying HR functional concepts into practice with guidance
• Prior background in identifying and troubleshooting potential obstacles during project
• Knowledge of CG products and business processes
