One of our client, Japanese Automotive Manufacturing company which located at Cikarang, West Java is looking for 

Staff Production Engineer

Seeking an experienced Staff Production Engineer to manage new equipment installation, optimize production line layouts, and drive productivity & quality improvements. Requires hands-on experience and knowledge of PLCs/electrical circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee new equipment installation & commissioning.
• Design and improve production line layouts for efficiency.
• Implement productivity and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Apply PLC and electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and support.
• Collaborate with relevant teams (Maintenance, QA, Ops)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Production Engineer in Japanese manufacturing.
• Experience with equipment installation, line layout design, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD or other CAD software)
• Knowledge of PLCs and electrical circuits.
• Familiarity with Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
