Job Description:

• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System in accordance with internal standards and government regulations.

• Supervise the reliability and functionality of SHE protection equipment across all operational areas.

• Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure workplace safety.

• Coordinate and lead SHE-related trainings, campaigns, and emergency response drills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to build a safety-first culture.

• Drive initiatives and corrective actions aimed at achieving and maintaining the company’s PROPER HIJAU rating.

• Stay updated on relevant SHE regulations and implement best practices to enhance environmental sustainability and occupational health.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships across departments.

• Experience in maintaining a PROPER HIJAU rating in the current or previous company is mandatory (non-negotiable).

• Strong understanding of SHE standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
