A leading manufacturer of CNC Machines is looking for a Service Engineer / Trainer (m/f/d) near Frankfurt am Main.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide dealer support based on machine maintenance knowledge and be responsible for the development and support of dealers in the European market.

• Improve customer satisfaction and strengthen dealer sales capabilities by providing technical support and regular training.

• Provide technical support and training both on-site and off-site to dealers and customers

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues

• Implement solutions for technical issues and making case studies

• Creating service related materials, such as service reports, presentations and videos

• Building strong spare parts supply network, improving and evaluating service skills of dealers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of CNC machining centers

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and circuits drawings

• Knowledge of the English language in speech and writing B1 or upper level

• Education or apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in providing customer training and technical support is an advantage

• Knowledge of automation systems and PLC programming is an advantage

• Willingness to travel across Europe

• Hands-on CNC Machining Center operation experience is an advantage
