■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
APAC（日本、中国、台湾など）において、税務・監査上の大きな問題なく財務報告を行うこと。必要に応じて、監査人、税務当局、法律顧問、その他の法定機関と連携すること。
社内外への報告において、SOX/IFRSコンプライアンスを満たすこと。
外部の財務チームに会計の専門知識を提供し、報告期限に沿って、すべての財務数値が現場から報告されるようにすること。また、すべての社内報告書はビジネス要件に沿って作成されなければならない。

社内向け：
事業の財務目標/管理業務。IFRS/SOXコンプライアンス要件を満たすため、地域ビジネスチームと連携し、影響力を行使する必要がある。
社外向け
地域 CFO と共に監査法人、税務当局等と折衝する。

■EDUCATION EXPERIENCE LANGUAGE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS （To perform satisfactorily in this job what type of knowledge and experience is required・）
Level of education Experience in general
Honors degree standard.
Qualification of CPA or equivalent
Good knowledge of general accounting including tax and budget/ forecast
Good English communication skill
Good relationship with authorities auditors etc
Knowledge of chemical industry in general will be plus

Contractual/competition law awareness
Capability to lead financial team

Good communication skills and a high degree of influencing skills across the functions
An authoritative leadership style which is firm but fair.
Independence on key critical business issues.
Well developed critical information seeking skills which are necessary to support decision making for current business development as well as contributing to the strategic thinking and direction of the business
