Description

• Manage €30M annual spend across 40 suppliers.
• Act as local procurement lead with a focus on diversity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., business, legal, quality).
• Implement procurement strategies and drive standardization.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Lead process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support supply continuity and vendor performance management.

A successful candidate should have:

• Over 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination in a global, cross-functional setting.
• Familiarity with tech-related products and services, including installation and maintenance, with a solid understanding of compliance matters.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, market, and quality functions.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a firm commitment to regulatory adherence.
• Able to challenge established ways of working and drive change constructively.
