Description

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budget, and forecast preparation.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; a CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Extensive understanding of the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
