Description

• Lead SAP FICO system enhancements, integrations, and support
• Translate business needs into functional system improvements
• Ensure accurate U.S. GAAP and statutory reporting using SAP
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audits

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills with business-level fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
