We are seeking a competent and motivated Finance Manager to steer our accounting and finance team in the retail industry. The successful candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to enhance business performance.

Description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Manage budgeting process.
- Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Interact with the board of directors.
- Lead and supervise the accounting & finance department.
