A leading provider of innovative connectivity solutions, specializing in the design and manufacture of cables, wire harnesses, and interconnect solutions for diverse industries including automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial applications. Our client is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join their esteemed organization.
 

Job Descriptions

• To lead, mentor and support a team of engineers. Conduct regular performance review
  and career developments.

• Drive execution of engineering projects from EVT to PVT and early stage of MP.

• Collaborate with other functional managers and stakeholders to align priorities.

• Create and manage project timelines, goals and deliverables. Track progress, manage
  risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Manage team budgets, tools, and resources allocation. Plan headcount and staffing
  needs based on roadmap and priorities
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering. Master's degree
  or MBA (prefer).

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing cable assembly, semiconductor industry. 2+
  years in management role.

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
