Company and Job Overview

Our client is a manufacturer and seller of plastics processing equipment and systems. In line with their business expansion, they are seeking a Service Engineer to handle for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of plastic molding facilities and industrial equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Product installation and commissioning support

• Maintenance, inspection, and repair support (periodic inspections, response to malfunctions, etc.)

• Response to technical inquiries and advice

• Building relationships of trust through communication with customers

• Feedback sharing through collaboration with internal technical departments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service engineering or technical support role

• Preferable experienced in servicing the plastics molding equipment or industrial machinery or chemical and plastics processing industries 

• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
