In this role, you will ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will lead diverse project teams and navigate challenges with multiple stakeholders. Your expertise in multi-disciplinary projects will drive the overall success of projects, including profitability, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  Team Leadership: Lead technical and project teams post-contract award, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.

• Project Execution: Oversee EPC, design, construction management, and design-build projects, ensuring schedules are maintained for timely, high-quality handovers.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Address and resolve project issues with system owners, area owners, tools owners, consultants, and relevant authorities.

• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to laws, regulations, business ethics, EHS standards, and cleanroom protocols.
  Financial and Reporting Management: Manage project profitability through cost control, attend meetings, and maintain documentation with regular progress updates.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in industrial projects, with expertise in multi-disciplinary projects like HVAC, semiconductors, data centers, and cleanroom environments.

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in handling HVAC systems, semiconductor facilities, and cleanroom projects.

• Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities; effective stakeholder engagement.

• Project Management: Proficiency in project scheduling and financial management to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of government regulations, EHS standards, and cleanroom protocols.
  Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills and adaptability to complex, dynamic project environments.

• Flexible to be based in Penang, Batu Kawan, or Kulim.
