PR/158763 | Sourcing Engineer

An exciting opportunity to work with an expanding Swedish company based in Simpang Ampat as we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sourcing Engineer to join their dynamic Engineering team.

• Supplier development, evaluation & management according to company strategy 
• Establish & manage long-term supplier relationships with preferred suppliers.
• Raw material and solution development with suppliers according to project requests.
• Arrange RFQ & samples according to project development stages
• Negotiate for Agreements, Commercial items, including Payment Terms, Price, MOQ, Leadtime etc.
• Drive supplier cost down with CBD analysis and alternative solutions / suppliers  
• Supply Chain risk management, to ensure suppliers output matching project requirements. 
• Conduct supplier audit, including new supplier & Strategic Supplier Annual Audit  
• Closely work with internal DED and Sales for project development
• Continuously review supply base and closely work with internal team to improve delivery, quality, and service.
