A US based engineering company in Penang is looking for ERP Specialist in managing and optimizing ERP systems to integrate various business processes and data across departments, ensuring streamlined operations and real-time information accuracy

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the implementation of ERP systems and upgrades to existing ones, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the organization

• Regularly maintaining the ERP system to prevent disruptions and troubleshooting issues that arise

• Providing support to users across the organization and conducting training sessions to ensure proficiency in using the ERP system

• Continuously analyzing and optimizing business processes within the ERP system to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system and generating reports to provide business insights

• Collaborating with external vendors to address issues, negotiate contracts, and ensure the system meets organizational needs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• High proficiency in Epicor

• Familiar with supply chain processes
