A prominent company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of automotive components and accessories is seeking a Senior Manager QA to develop and implement quality standard and lead continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain quality control standards and processes for automotive components and accessories
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant certifications
Lead problem-solving efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Quality Management, or any related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools
Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and leadership abilities
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
