An international Retail Fashion company is looking for Store Manager to lead the operation of their outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising, inventory management, stock level optimization, and POS system accuracy.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, set clear goals and provide timely performance feedback.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for the store.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store events or campaigns, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Submit sales reports to the business owner or regional manager and provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

• Excellent command of verbal and written Mandarin to deal with China stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented and proactive in identifying solutions.
