A pioneer in the manufacturing of latex products is looking for a R&D Assistant Manager to be in charge of the development of new products and opportunity to work in Japan or Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Involve in R&D innovation in the development of new product

• Plan, design and formulate new products for the company; initiate and plan out the new product development timeline from project creation to realization in production

• Plan and lead trial run for quality monitoring before commercial run

• Evaluate new/existing raw material and packaging materials when necessary

Job Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent in any discipline

• Min 5 years of working experience in Rubber Glove Manufacturer

• Detailed-oriented, initiative and self-discipline

• Meticulous and enjoy R&D works

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and willing to work in Japan or Vietnam when necessary
