Company and Job Overview
JAC's client is looking for a (Senior) M&A Consultant to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh city.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and development analysis of new investment projects.
- Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities.
- Contract Negotiations.
- Follow up process of executing transactions to meet the business objectives.
- Administer the process of due diligence and corporate value assessment.
- Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.
- Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- Having at least 01 year of experience of M&A work in the Consulting/Investment firm or Healthcare projects.
- English professional proficiency (IELTS 7.0)
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, research, and analytical skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accuracy of reports and records.
- Hybrid working, willing to have abroad business trip
