Title: Executive – Quantity Surveyor- Civil

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Job Qualification:

• BE in Civil {Regular course}/ Diploma in Quantity Surveyor
• 3-5 years of work experience {Minimum 2 years in Industrial Factory/ Interior Projects} 
  
   

Job Responsibilities:

• Should be able to calculate quantity of drawing and also make estimate.
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Should have good knowledge of IS Codes.
• Should have good knowledge about PEB & RCC work.
• Should be able to prepare vendor bills, abstract sheets and measurement sheets.
• Should have experience in Industrial. Factory/ Interior/ building projects.
• Should have knowledge of AutoCAD for calculating Quantity.
• Willing to work on site as per requirement.
• Knowledge of taxation part {TDS & GST}
