Job Overview:

Looking for Civil CAD operators who have strong experience into industrial projects and is seeking opportunity to grow in the construction industry.

Job Location: Neermana OR Bawal OR Jhajjar OR Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

• Design: To Create 2D or 3D models using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations & sections based on design specifications

• Taking verbal direction and implementing into sketches and calculations to produce the final work

• To Implement any changes received as feedback from Architect / Client in the drawings as soon as possible 

• Collaborate: Work with engineers, architects, and other project team members to ensure drawings are accurate and are compliant with building regulations 

• Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects

• Document: Maintain a directory of drawings, update digital files, and prepare technical documents

• Communicate: Provide clear and concise communication to clients, team members, and management

• Present: Assist with project presentations by providing visual materials

• Defining problems and finding solutions

• Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs      

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in drafting from reputed institutes with 5+ years' experience working into industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge & Experience in Steel structure Buildings such as Factories, Warehouse etc…(Engineering & Construction)

• Experience in preparation of presentation through Powerpoint etc.

• Strong working experience into AutoCAD

• Knowledge of softwares: REVIT/ BIM (Optional/ Preferred)

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Excellent communication skills in Regional languages ( read, write & speak)

• Must be available for face-to-face interview
