We are seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist / Project Manager to support and manager ERP, BI tools, and various digital business applications

Description

• Maintain and manage ERP, BI, and IT applications with local vendors or global IT
• Lead digital transformation projects for O2O, OMO, and D2C
• Coordinate stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and implementation plans
• Provide user training (stores and office staff) on systems and troubleshooting
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Handle change requests and system enhancements
• Ensure timely project delivery and risk mitigation

• EC・CRM・DXプロジェクトの企画・推進
• プロジェクトの進行管理（スケジュール、リソース、予算）
• 社内各部署・外部パートナーとの調整・交渉
• 顧客体験と業務効率を高めるプロセス改善の提案・実施
