【シニアデザイナー / 進行管理】は社内のクライアントとコミュニケーションを取りながら、依頼内容のコンセプトを理解し、それを外資系の求めるビジュアルに落とし込むことが求められます。プロジェクトマネジメント業務として、各チームの間の調整役を担い、プロジェクト全体のスムーズな進行を確保します。

営業資料／プレゼンテーションは、様々な業界の企業のブランドに合わせて作成されることも多いため、異なる企業のブランドに適応する必要があります。スピードと納期管理も重要です。

【シニアデザイナー / 進行管理】は少人数のチーム（4-5名）のリーダーとして、品質管理やジュニアデザイナーの指導も行います。プロジェクトコーディネーションが主な業務の一部である一方、カバーデザインなどの実務的な作業にも多く携わります。業務の割合は、プロジェクトコーディネーションが40%、アートディレクションが30%、DTPデザインが30%と見込まれています。

Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) を使用したグラフィックデザインの経験を持つ方で、特にAdobe Photoshop、Illustrator、Microsoft PowerPoint*を使用し、テンプレート、背景、プレゼンテーションの作成を担当します（カバーデザイン、インフォグラフィックス、チャート、図表を含む）。

*PowerPointのスキル・テクニックについては、チーム加入後に十分なトレーニングを実施します。

We are looking for a dynamic and driven [senior designer / project coordinator] to join our Presentation Design team working on site at the client’s office. Our client is one of the top global investment banks, specializing in creating B2B presentations that help secure major deals.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at communicating with internal stakeholders to understand their concepts and translating them into compelling visual designs. You’ll act as a key liaison between project management, planning, and the design team, ensuring smooth coordination across projects.

Our presentations are often tailored to the branding of third-party companies from various industries, so the ability to adapt quickly to different brand aesthetics is essential. The role also demands the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

In this position, you’ll lead a small team (4-5 members), overseeing quality control and mentoring junior designers. While project coordination is part of the role, it primarily involves hands-on tasks like cover design. The estimated workload split is: 40% project coordination, 30% art direction, and 30% DTP design.

Qualified candidates should have a graphic design background with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint*. You’ll be responsible for designing templates, backgrounds, and presentations that include covers, infographics, charts, and diagrams.

*PowerPoint skills and techniques will be fully trained within the team.

主な資格

•    業務に関連性のある学位、またはペースの速い制作環境下での同等の就業経験年数
•    8年以上のグラフィックデザイン経験
•    Adobe製品およびMicrosoft Office製品の実務経験
•    日本語での顧客対応および文書によるコミュニケーション能力（業務上の口頭および文書でのやりとりは日本語が90%を占めるため）
•    タイムマネジメントスキル
•    問題解決能力、潜在的な解決策の分析、適切な判断による意思決定能力
•    制作物における細部への強いこだわり
•    基礎的な英語力（目安としてTOEIC 470点以上）
•    ビジネスレベルの日本語力（最低でもN2以上）

What you bring:

•    Coordinate with key stakeholders across the company to execute internal/external pitch
•    Understands importance of brand and can work within established standards
•    Can interpret complex ideas visually
•    Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed
•    Produce high-quality presentations and documents, adhering to established Firm brand guidelines
•    Create and revise customized graphics (e.g., maps) as necessary
•    Good design sense and awareness of current design trends
•    Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

•    Knowledge of print design a plus 
•    Knowledge of Excel for charting is a plus
•    HTML5 understanding and basic coding skill is a plus.
•    Basic movie editing skill (such as adding captions) is a plus
•    Financial industry experience a plus
•    Working experience in the Windows platform is a plus

Key Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree related to functional work or equivalent experience in a fast-paced production environment
•    8+ years graphic design experience
•    Proficient in Adobe Products and Microsoft Office
•    Excellent client-facing and written communications skills in Japanese as 90% of business interactions will be conducted in Japanese, both written and verbal.
•    Time-management skills
•    Ability to problem solve, analyze potential solutions, and use good sound judgment to make decisions
•    Strong attention to detail is required
•    English skills (Basic level, TOEIC 470+)
•    Japanese skills (Business level, at least N2)
