The Role

The job scope includes, but not limited to:

• General Legal matters, such as draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Prepare and review of internal rules amendments
• Internal projects
• Handle matters related to board of directors and shareholders' meetings
• Privacy law compliance

Your Skills

• 5+ years of Legal experience from any industry (in-house/private practice)
• Bar qualifications from Japan or English-speaking jurisdictions
• Able to draft, review, and negotiate contracts in Japanese & English

Location

Tokyo 23 wards

Salary

10M - 15M JPY
