The Role

The Services Director, is responsible for managing end-to-end customer engagements, overseeing service delivery for a designated portfolio of accounts. Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle, this role involves handling implementation, rollout, and support for products and services, as well as adapting solutions to meet client needs.

• Leading and managing customers, staff, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Meeting success metrics such as booking targets, revenue and profitability goals, and customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining a highly efficient and effective services team through mentoring, supervision, and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborating with various departments to drive business results and promote a cohesive work environment.
• Serving as the primary escalation point for all services-related matters in the territory.
• Ensuring adherence to established methodologies, tools, practices, as well as company policies and procedures.

Your Skills

• Strong understanding of project management practices and proficient in professional services delivery in the field of CX Software, CRM, or similar solutions.
• Demonstrated excellent management and leadership abilities to effectively lead a team.
• Capable of understanding and addressing customer requirements during engagements.
• Exhibiting strong communication and presentation skills.
• Having a solid business sense to support and drive sales initiatives.
• Able to manage business partnerships effectively.
• Business level English & Fluent Japanese
