今回の募集は派遣エンジニアとしてのプロジェクトですが、将来的にはオフショアチーム（インド）と連携を取って、開発規模を徐々に大きくしていく予定です。

As developed countries face aging society for quite long time now, the healthcare industry which supports healthy life expectancy is becoming an ever-growing market. Medical device products are an important part of the healthcare industry, and it will support highly advanced medical care in the future.
This project starts from dispatch engineer, however in the foreseeable future, we plan to gradually increase the scale of development by collaborating with our offshore team in India.
Furthermore, working in Nasu, one will be able to enjoy changing seasons and great attractions. There is also Nasu Onsen nearby, and you can live in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

■必須要件■ Must Have
•    構造設計、駆動設計、外観設計、安全設計を含む知識・技術
•    Structural design, drive design, exterior design, and mechanical safety design.

■尚可要件■ Good to Have
•    強度解析、振動解析の経験と知識
•    システムおよびリスク管理エンジニアリング、設計管理および設計変更管理の経験
•    CAD ソフトウェア (Solidworks、Creo、IDEAS NX、CATIA) の熟練経験
•    プロトタイプの製作と製造プロセスをサポートする為の、詳細なエンジニアリング図面、仕様、及び文書作成
•    プラスチック、板金、鋳造部品に関する設計スキル
•    リバースエンジニアリングおよびバリューエンジニアリングプログラムの経験
•    機械システムとコンポーネントの構造的完全性、耐久性、性能を評価する為に、要素解析 (FEA) ツールを使用して静的解析、構造解析、および振動解析シミュレーションの実施経験
•    機械製品およびコンポーネントの規制基準とコンプライアンス要件に関する知識
•    ラピッドプロトタイピング（試作品を短時間で製造する）の経験
•    3D プリントの知識
•    品質管理システムの経験　ISO13485 及び FDACFR21.820 に準拠が望ましい
•    該当する医療機器の製造/試験手順と製造プロセスを理解し、規制や基準に精通している事

•    Experience and knowledge of strength analysis and vibration analysis
•    Experience in system and risk management engineering as well as design control and change control.
•    Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, Creo, IDEAS NX, CATIA)
•    Generate detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to support prototype fabrication and manufacturing processes.
•    Potential design skill with with Plastic, Sheetmetal & Casting Parts
•    Experience in Reverse Engineering & Value Engineering programs
•    Experience in conducting static analysis, Structural Analysis, and vibration analysis simulations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools to assess structural integrity, durability, and performance of mechanical systems and components.
•    Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for mechanical products and components. 
•    Experience in Rapid prototyping for functional prototype development
•    Awareness of 3D Printing. 
•    Experience with Quality Management Systems and complying with ISO13485 and FDACFR21.820 are prefrrable 
•    Understanding of applicable manufacturing/testing procedures of medical devices and manufacturing processes and familiar with regulations and standards
