＜Main activities and scope of responsibility＞
. Managing employee hiring onboarding leaving processes
. Ensuring proper payroll and payment processes
to support in pay roll activities （subcontracted with one external company）
Control the time agenda to send to the payroll company
. Managing employee benefits such as life insurance and defined contribution pension plan
. Proper handling of statutory document preparation and filings as needed and support in HR administrative tasks
