IT Business Analyst - CRM / SFDC

Company Profile

A major US healthcare company with a wide-range of products that support the lives of millions of patients globally. They have a strong presence in Japan and APAC and are looking for a business analyst to join their team to enable them to begin a major tech program.

The Role

• Locally, the company currently are using a large number of internally developed systems which will need to be decommissioned and migrated to a global system. Unfortunately, the knowledge regarding these systems has been lost - the challenge is to work with stakeholders to understand the detail about the systems, and to plan for the migration program.

Your Skills

• Bilingual abilities in Japanese and English are mandatory for this role.
• Previous experience as a business analyst with a focus on CRM / commercial IT systems would be perfect for this role.
• Ideally you will also have some experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
