Job Overview

Work location - Multiple location available  - Tokyo and nearby cities 

Cargo Domain Subject matter expert with Cargo Handling with Slot and Door Management experience
As a expert pecializing in the airline cargo domain, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the successful implementation of technology solutions within the handling and Slot & Door Management operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and optimize the processes

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including operations managers, IT teams, and end-users, to understand business needs and requirements. 
• Analyse and document existing cargo operations processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technology solutions. 
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements, and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and gap assessments for proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals. 
• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards. 
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to drive informed decision-making within the cargo domain. 
• Collaborate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure successful solution adoption.  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. 
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Cargo Handling and Slot & Door management  
• Strong understanding of air cargo operations, including booking, reservation, capacity management, and air waybill processes. 
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Proficient in using business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation standards. Speaking Japanese language is a must.
