The Role

• Evaluate and oversee implementation proposals and detailed schedules for deployment projects to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Utilize a holistic approach to swiftly identify issues and optimize solutions for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise the solutioning process post-purchase order receipt, empowering your team to collaborate effectively with customers, engineering teams, analysts, and project managers. Tailor solutions to meet customer needs seamlessly.
• Direct your team in executing deployments, encompassing detailed planning, scheduling, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to achieve top-tier implementation and customer satisfaction. Guide team collaboration with multiple vendors and internal field engineering teams for seamless technological integration.
• Establish and maintain feedback channels from stakeholders and customers, adeptly applying insights to refine project management processes and drive product improvement and development.
• Lead the development of a project manager team through our Associate Project Manager program, emphasizing mentorship and education to cultivate young professionals into skilled project leaders, inspired by successful programs in industry-leading companies.

Your Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within enterprise software or consulting firms.
• A minimum of 3 years of team management experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Broad technical understanding and experience in deploying large software solutions or industrial equipment deployment
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, facilitating effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new tools and technologies, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Experience leading and delivering results across projects in a cross-functional environment
