The Role

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement comprehensive product strategies that complement our vision and business objectives. Drive the development of a compelling product roadmap to achieve ambitious goals.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing product management team. Foster an environment of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives and the delivery of superior product solutions.
• Market and Customer Insight: Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Leverage insights to inform product strategy and enhance our offerings.
• Product Launches and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the launch of new products and features, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to market introduction and beyond. Ensure products meet key performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. Build consensus and align resources to achieve product

Your Skills

• Proven track record as a Product Manager or related leadership role in the SaaS or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrable experience in launching and scaling successful products.
• Experience with AI, machine learning technologies, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. Agile and adaptable to change.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
