• Enhance demand planning with advanced forecasting techniques, using diverse data sets to maintain accurate supply predictions over a 36-month horizon.
• Optimize service delivery by managing product supply risks and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement sourcing, logistics, and distribution strategies that promote cost efficiency, sustainability, and exemplary service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning with manufacturing sources and service providers to guarantee stable supply chains.
• Manage logistics and distributor contracts to achieve high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold stringent compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and safety standards, regularly updating SOPs and promoting a culture of safety across all operational areas.
