A fast-paced company that provides a full range of services, from market analysis to strategy design, development of marketing measures, and measurement of effectiveness is looking for a backend Application engineer mainly for the support of internal back-office departments.

The Role

• You will primarily be responsible for effectively leveraging Microsoft solutions as a platform to support various processes and functions in sales, finance, marketing, and operations.
• This team reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for and works closely with multiple internal departments in the company
• Mainly for the support of internal back-office departments (finance and accounting, human resources, general affairs, legal affairs, operations, etc.), to improve the user experience and drive operational efficiencies.
• End-to-end maintenance of in-house developed business systems, third-party systems, and cloud service systems.

Your Skills

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or higher, More than 3 years of business experience
• Experience in software development cycle SDLC and maintenance
• Mid-level Java/python developer (Ideally with some system integration experience)
• Experience in implementing ERP, HR management systems, financial accounting systems, etc like salesforce, workday, servicenow
• Business Japanese(N2+) & English skills that can communicate with business users to gather and understand requirements with coding in Java/python.
• Be able to communicate with internal users(Finace, HR, Procurement etc) in friendly manner
