Description

• Develop sales strategies aligned with global and Japan goals, collaborating with sales managers.
• Provide proactive support to sales channels through analysis and projects.
• Analyze channel profit and loss to maximize investment impact.
• Monitor inventory and provide insights for effective management.
• Propose innovative sales ideas and support teams with analysis.
• Demonstrate leadership in Japan team, communicating effectively with headquarters.
• Collaborate closely with sales channels and managing directors.
• Work with corporate teams for reporting and forecasting.

• Expertise in WHS, Retail, and EC, preferably in the sports retail industry
• Relevant experience in FP&A or data management.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at communicating with stakeholders.
• Business-level English with high-level Japanese proficiency
• Professionalism, strong communication, strategic thinking.
